• Student Body: The students are friendly but don't go out of their way to talk to anyone
• Academic Experience: my program is nursing the problem with this program is the time that you have to wait and go into the program is a long waiting list
• Academic Experience: The workload is good for me and the professor I have on campus is very good.
• Academic Experience: Finding it extremely difficult to obtain an education. School keeps restructuring math department making it impossible to learn anything. Financial aid is difficult as they don't have time to talk to you about the details needed. Went from 4.0 GPA to 3.0 GPA in one semester due to these problems. Come on now.
• Academic Experience: I truly feel that QCC prepared me for the "real world." The are an accredited school and require clinical or interships for certain programs. They always make sure that these clinical and internship sites are highly reputable businesses. They also provide an internship for certain programs that allow you to do an internship at Disney World in Florida.
• Campus Resources: The internet connection is very wireless, and the IT is on campus and always arrives 5 minutes after they receive a call and can help with software availabilities. Printing is done with Print card that are rechargeable once the money in it is used up.
• Campus Resources: The college facilities are highly comfortable. You can spend all day at the college and get everything you need in order to get things done for class. There's a place for everyone. Quiet reading area, interaction study, cafe, etc. I agree with a previous review I read on the school not being a live-on campus but not having too many differences.
• Campus Resources: Resources are available for food, being cafeteria or small cafe. I have not visited the gym. The library and computer lab have everything that I have needed, although very crowded at times.
• Campus Resources: I've not utilized the entire campus, but what I've seen isn't bad, just nothing exceptional. They could use a facelift on most of the buildings and interiors, ( broken stairs!) however, that's not super important. They have a campus bus service for pick up around town, which I'm sure is helpful for those who need it. The tutoring area is great with a lot of people who are more than happy to help you. Library is standard, cafe is meh, bookstore is well kept. They could use a paved track instead of a dirt one...would be nicer to use. The advisors have been very helpful and patient with me..(I'm an older student with no previous college experience), and I've found the admissions and financial aid offices very helpful as well.*(4)
