Academic Experience: The workload at the college was great. The Professors did not put more on you than you could handle. The way the curriculum was set up with most courses, you could work and get ahead if you liked.
Academic Experience: The Academics at Northwest Shoals Community College was great. The Professors would work one on one with you if you needed extra help and sometimes give extra credit to help you get your grades up. They would also recommend tutoring for you at the college which provided free services for anyone who needed it.
Campus Resources: The Northwest Shoals Community College library has an adequate amount of computers and computer space for student who need s to use them or bring their own laptop. It contains all the resources need to accomplish class projects and if not available the staff is more than willing to help any student get access to what is need to complete any project.
Campus Quality: The unique thing about Northwest Shoals Community College is that several times a week they would have Church Community come to the Student Service Center and provide lunch and other services for the entire staff and student body.
Student Body: The student body at Northwest Shoals Community College are great. I attend Nursing school there and we all compared notes, studied together, helped each other during lab work and clinical activities. Everyone wanted to see everyone else achieve.*(4)
