Student Body: The people are actually pretty nice. However, keep in mind that it is a commuting school so people attend their classes and then leave. You may make some friends here and there, but it is nothing like a regular 4 year university.
Campus Resources: The academic counselors are terrible and will screw you over. They are just looking to make you spend more money on classes that you don't really need to take.
Campus Resources: Each student gets 500 printing copies available for free. The computer labs are very clean and the whole science center has free wifi. That is very wonderful to have in a college.
Academic Experience: For my degree, Criminal Justice, the teachers are actually in the field, which really helps. You have comfort in knowing that these teachers are passionate about what they do in their regular field and they teach mostly at night as a hobby just to share their passion.
Academic Experience: A lot of the teachers are great. Of course, you will come across some teachers who are terrible (but that happens anywhere you go). As far as the workload goes, it really depends on the teacher. The summer classes are going to have a large workload because they are cramming a semester's worth of material and teaching it in about a 2 month span.
Academic Experience: I truly wish that Harper was a 4year university, such a great environment.*(4)
