• Academic Experience: They have a lot of options for classes and a majority of the professors are happy to help you outside of the class room to ensure that you understand the material and do good in their class. And they also provide math and accounting learning centers to help students that may require some extra tutoring, giving a more wrap around service.
• Academic Experience: I think that the instructors are very knowledgeable and have a passion for teaching. In addition, they also seem to care about your success in each of their classes and give you the necessary support if you are struggling with something.
• Academic Experience: I am working on getting my transfer degree and it is a pretty straight-forward process to me. There are advising counselors that help you in picking your classes and figure out your schedule with you if you need their help. I wish that the evening associate's degree that is offered this upcoming fall quarter, would have been offered two years ago, when I started going to school again. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right classes if you work full-time.
• Academic Experience: This college prepares for transfer to other college or university that offers bachelors degree.
• Academic Experience: I wish more of the classes offered were transfer classes, because choosing to do a program in a community college limits your choices when it comes to transfer school. Other than that, the professors are really good and I feel like it's a nice alternative to a 4-year school and definitely a lot cheaper.
• Student Body: I love the student body here. There is a LOT of diversity. People of all ages (running start through to seniors), sexual orientations, religious beliefs, different backgrounds--we've got a lot of international students, too, and they've always been pretty friendly to me. Everyone I've met seems to be really open to differences. It's really great to see a lot of different people at the school and in the classes.
• Campus Resources: North Seattle has just about every resource you need if they don't have it they will point you in the right direction so you can find it
• Campus Resources: The library is big and able to work on computers most of the time. There is also a English loft which also carries quite few computer to work on. That was pretty cool.
• Campus Resources: I think that my college is very conveniently located and easy to reach from various parts of the city. I don't own a car, so I really appreciate the fact that many different busses stop in front of the campus.
• Campus Resources: The environment is very nice, campus facility is fair and the college always has new program.*(4)
