In this hands-on environment, you’ll master the fundamentals of business, while learning how to succeed on dynamic small teams. Here, you won’t be stuck in long lectures. You’ll get to work right away, applying what you learn in class, collaborating with classmates, engaging with corporate clients, solving real business challenges, and preparing for a rewarding career.
Every student undertakes a different, business-building project every eight weeks – four projects in total. Twenty-two leading companies have signed on as project partners for the 2023-2024 academic year. They include Zurich Financial, Boston Medical Center, Merrill Lynch, Marriott, Cargill, US Bank, Fisher Skis, Avery Dennison, Athletic Brewing, and more.
DAY-ONE READY FOR THE REAL WORLD
In each seven-week module students rapidly achieve milestones in developing smart skills (e.g. teaming, communication, leadership), sharp skills (e.g. finance, strategy, or analytics) and career skills.
Key milestones grow in complexity as students move from building business foundations in Mod 1, incorporating customer-centricity in Mod 2, accelerating organic growth in Mod 3 and driving innovation in Mod 4.
At kickoff and between modules students intensify their job search through career hackathons and ethical decision making via simulations and live cases.Weekly technology and communication labs unlock rapidly evolving generative AI, business automation, analytical and content development technologies.
STEM-ELIGIBLE
Questrom’s Masters in Management program is designated by the US Department of Homeland Security as a STEM-eligible degree program. International students in F-1 student status may be able to apply for a 24-month extension of their 12-month Optional Practical Training (OPT) employment authorization.
