Agricultural and Biological Engineering*
Department research focuses on complex agricultural and biological systems ranging from nano to global scales and integrating anthropogenic and sociological aspects to natural and managed systems. Graduate programs in Agricultural and Biological Engineering provide students with research opportunities for a wide range of applications including precision agriculture, biotechnology, decision support systems, and simulation modeling. Graduates are well-equipped in problem-solving capabilities, interdisciplinary research, and methods for applying science to real-world problems and issues.
