I am a freshman at NJC, and am planning on transferring this year. I have liked the academic side of things at NJC, but it just is not for me. The town of Sterling is fairly small, so campus is small as well. If you are looking for small class sizes, and a school where all your professors will know you, this would be a great fit!
I have really enjoyed my time at Northeastern Junior College. Their agriculture department is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend NJC to those pursuing a agriculture program. The professors are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help you.
It's awesome here; the teachers are great, the students are all friendly, and it's the perfect blend of study time and social time.
