I appreciate the quality of education Middlesex provides; however, I have had some recurring issues with their financial department. While I understand that such problems can occur in any organization, it would be helpful if the department could provide more accurate bills and promptly and efficiently address errors. I have often been transferred between financial aid and student accounts, which can be frustrating. The department could also benefit from better supervision to ensure professionalism and reduce the likelihood of errors. I would appreciate more transparency regarding the cause of the issues I face with my bills. Addressing these issues would significantly improve students' experience of relying on the financial department's services.
My experience at middlesex was one of a kind. The advisors are very understanding and work to help you get the best classes that you need and that will fit your schedule. Professors are all great, I learned so many things that I will use for the rest of my life. All of this for a reasonable price! Not only did they help me with creating a schedule, they helped me find a 4 year university that best fit me and my needs. We worked together and found the perfect option. Middlesex cares for their students!
