Please note that all site selections are final.

To confirm which programs you are academically compatible with, please login to your application status check student portal. You will be able to select from only the locations for which you are eligible.

Students in the Explore Program for undeclared students should identify which college or major is most aligned with their interests when choosing a site, as curriculum is tailored to specific colleges. Choosing a site that does not align with the intended college or major may result in additional courses and/or summer courses.

Age Requirements

Please note that the programs below have age limitations:

N.U.in Ireland (University College Dublin) — Students must be 18 years of age by October 15, 2024

N.U.in Italy (John Cabot University) — Students must be 18 years of age by August 1, 2024.

N.U.in Portugal (CIEE Lisbon) — Students must be 18 years of age by June 1, 2024.

N.U.in Spain (Saint Louis University – Madrid Campus) — Students must be 18 years of age by June 1, 2024.

Location Selection

All participants are guaranteed a place at a location for which they are compatible by age and planned major. Major-compatible locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. When selecting a location, you should also keep the following in mind:

  • If a location has reached capacity prior to May 1, you may only choose from the available options that are compatible with your major and age. If you only have one option because of your major and age, you are guaranteed a place at that location if you deposit by May 1.
  • If you are admitted into a combined major, you should select a location that aligns with your home college. To find your home college, students can log onto their Application Status Check.

We encourage you to evaluate the range of options offered to students admitted to The N.U.in Program this year to identify the location and format that is the best fit for you. Once you are confident in that choice, you should make your enrollment deposit because spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
