This has been a great experience. I am an older college student, I graduated 20 years ago! The school has great opportunities for online, dual, and in person options. That has allowed me to continue to work full time and support my family while following my dreams. The instructors are great, they reply and answer any questions, as well as explain expectations in detail. The school uses blackboard which is easy to navigate to find all of your course work. The college also offers free tutoring hours, which also have the option of online or in-person which is also helpful. I have really enjoyed each class that I have taken so far, and I'm so glad that South Plains has allowed me the freedom to chase my dreams!!
I am a dedicated student who works hard to succeed. Balancing my work schedule and school schedule can be challenging, however it is something that can be managed. I have enjoyed my time here at South Plains College, and am looking forward to being the first person in my family to graduate with a college degree. This degree will help me achieve my career and life goals, which I look forward to starting in the near future. South Plains College is an excellent place for someone like me, to start their career.
So far, a very good experience! Smaller classes allow for better help from the staff and and overall better learning experience.
