Jackson College Reviews
Rating 3.45 out of 5 515 reviews
I did not love my time at Jackson College. A lot of the time, I felt very uncared for. During my two years at Jackson, the housing professionals changed 4 times and even quit completely with no one to fill the position for over half of the fall semester of my sophomore year. The people that attend are not the nicest, and the JUCO sports teams were the best part. Being a non-athlete at this college is not recommended, since it is run by athletes and that is the only way to have a lot to do and a lot of people to see. Otherwise, campus activities are scarce and even when there are some, people do not attend. There are some beautiful people at the college in the English department, as well as the employees in the food service, library, Jet Store, and in the Center for Student Success.
Jackson College has been a very good experience. They have been very friendly and welcoming. I was very scared to start taking college class but Jackson College has been very helpful by guiding me through this.
Jackson College has a very personal and inviting atmosphere, small class sizes allow for more connections with your professors and also allow you to make connections with your peers.
