As a second semester student at Ct State Middlesex, I ca say this college has helped me a lot with the amazing faculty and resources. The faculty is really helpful and friendly and the Academic success center is the best. They have so many resources like an academic coach, audio studio, video recording rooms with green screens, amazing classroom boards and a bookstore as well. There are many fun events on campus or students to enjoy. They made my college experience amazing and fun!
I think it's a good school, but as a theater major there aren't a lot of opportunities. Most of the classes are off campus or not offered due to lack of interest. The one class on campus doesn't have a classroom and constantly gets moved around. The teachers are passionate and good at what they do, but theater is undervalued at the college and there isn't much they can do, although they try. Some classes are offered online only and are required for the major, which is inaccessible and frustrating as someone who struggles with online school. I'm struggling in a class I would've excelled in and enjoyed if it was offered in person.
It’s a great college with a lot of offer. Between course work and flexibility, it makes schooling again enjoyable this time around. Having Professors who take the time to make sure you understand course work, along with effective feedback.
