I am currently a high school student connected to PVCC through the ACE Program, and I absolutely love everything about the school. The campus is modern and comfortable, the professors seem to enjoy their jobs, I love all the things you can get involved in. Overall, it’s a wonderful school and a great place to go!
All of the professors I have had have been great. The content within each course is directly related to my major. Overall, I noticed that the majority of the population at school is white and of Latter Day Saint (Mormon) religion. It would be nice to see some more diversity around campus.
The people who work here need to realize they aren't good teachers and should get a real job instead of trying to be something they aren't, which would be useful. Coursework is not at all hard but is way too strict and overcomplicated for the audience of people they are teaching. This audience consists of college students who are getting prereqs out of the way or single mothers just trying to do something with their lives. Yet the instructors act like they are teaching the next generation of astronauts. Just give me a passing grade so I can do something more important with my time.
