My overall experience with Christ has been great. The professors challenge us, prepare us for the NCLEX and teach us the skills that we need to know to be amazing nurses!
I have not had the most positive experience with this school, but have been fighting every step of the way. I love all the professors I have had and they want the best for me. The higher ups do not have communication at all and that is something that needs to be worked on. I sometimes feel as if my voice is not heard. I also get told we have way more clinical hours than the state requires. My freshman and sophomore year started out great, but as time went on it got worse. I got to see a lot of insider things I wish I knew about before transferring here. I would not recommend this school to anyone due to all the stressful things I have been through, along with the other stories I have seen and heard.
My experience with the school would be a 5/5, but the communication between staff and students is lacking. There was a misunderstanding on my end as well as the staffs end when it came to my bill. I was under the impression that my tuition could be fully covered or partially covered. A week before registration for the spring semester my account was placed on hold due to an outstanding balance of $7800. I was then told that I could not register until my balance was paid which I get. I told my advisor that I was not able to get any assistance with the financial side of things and was advised to take a semester off. I was then told that I would have to re-take the 3 nursing classes that I am currently in because I would be sitting out 3 semester of the nursing curriculum.
