从面试官的角度看一个失败的面试案例——

晚上刚陪老板电面了一个中国学生，很遗憾，估计他不能来了。面试前把我紧张得够呛，呵呵。不过面试别人总比被人面试容易。

电话前5分钟，我们分别brain storm了几个问题，写在纸上。基本上和25问差不多啦，也实在问不出什么花样来。

电话接通，先是问些关于research experience的常规问题，答得还可以。但说着说着就我就发现他基本是在读他的简历。在纸上给老板写：I think he‘s reading. 于是开始试着岔开research, 问了他自我感觉的优缺点，但回答说着说着又回到research上来了。这时老板在纸上写：YES! 开始继续引导他转到个人的自我评价，这回回答开始没有逻辑了，竟然表现出中国生活不colorful，要在us找colorful的生活这种想法。太糟糕了。之后又问了入我们实验室的一个经典数字信号处理方面问题，回答一般。

最后老板的总结：

我们要找一个smart的学生，应该有一定的experience, 一定要有研究兴趣。

1）这个学生根本没有回答面试人所问的问题，而是反复说自己准备的东西。电话效果很好的，可以听到隐约翻纸的声音。可以感觉到他有电脑在旁边，似乎查了字典。

2）他竟然表达自己祖国不好这类思想，让老板很反感。

3）说了我们网络上的一些东西，可惜还没说准确。然后说自己对这些都感兴趣，有点诡异。

4）并不care他没答对technical的问题，面试人紧张，这个可以理解。

我觉得大家面试不宜把自己的经历背得滚瓜烂熟，这样一旦问到你没有准备的问题，落差很大。最好把25问的答案做成只含有关键词的摘要，记在纸上，这样避免卡咳。千万不要读，很容易听出来的。

认真听对方的问题，听不懂可以让对方重复，千万不要所答非所问，浪费面试时间。一些原则性的问题自己先把握好吧，到底出来为了什么。
