1. 学生背景：清华大学；面试时间：2013年2月13日
在我最放松，像个傻子似的咧嘴笑的时候手机响了,ft! 一看无来电显，还来不及紧张，就不得不开口hello了，哈哈，现在想应该说：喂，让老板见识见识中文。前后大概一共15分钟吧。
除了开头问了个how are you，全部academic related,大概因为我是master，而且本来就是用自己的research在套他。虽然我想多说一些，不过，凡是我上面只打出一个字的，比如OK，thanks，那我就真的是只说了一个字，汗。大概老板会觉得这小孩真是不亲切啊。还有我好像太relax了，各位，就算你真的是死猪，不怕开水烫，好像也要表现的积极点好，总之没表现出渴望offer的样子现在后悔。一会去写thankyou letter，这个怎么补救一下？

学生：Yes
教授：How are you today
学生：Fine, thanks (没说and you,觉得太傻了)
教授：I'd like to ask you some questions
学生：Yes
教授：The problem is your low grades.
学生：Yes

学生：and master, ... err, I work and live in Linux, but most of experiments and works are done in MS windows. The professors did not provide support for Linux. This is not a problem, but ... not convenient. (我觉得这个理由非常非常经典，而且是事实，虽然师兄给我出这个主意的时候，我觉得非常搞笑)
教授：OK. And I am interested in your works in manchester, can you describe ...
学生：OK, ...
教授：Do you apply for Manchester?
学生：Yes, but not with Prof X.
教授：Why dont you continue to work X?
学生：..., ...
教授：OK
教授：... Do you have any questions?
学生：(这就完了...ms 5分钟都不到阿，汗)Yes, I am intereted in your program, What kind of topic do you have, err, or in mind?

我就开始就这个topic问，胡扯了
教授：Do you think it is intereting?
学生：err. I am not clear about ...(后悔没有说Yes, your plan is very very attractive, sigh，以前从来不拍马屁，就拍这么一次怎么啦？即使觉得this guy的topic有待商量，很多不清楚有问题；不是牛人就不要拽啊！)

现在这个学校就只能等死了，反正估计没什么好作的了，看这个小老板怎么convince admission comittee了。
2. 学生背景：复旦大学；面试时间：2011年1月1日
面完就来说说，免得自己忘了。话说这个也太早了貌似，什么都没准备，还好别人也是来探路的。（类似That's fine, I see, happy new year之类的话一概省略）
Pro: Hi, Chen. Can u tell me sth. about your experience in Microsoft?
Me: Yeah, when....blabla.
Pro: I have looked at your CV, what about your life in Harvard Summer School?
Me: OK,actually...blabla.
Pro: Have u worked with some Pro. in Toronto?
Me: Not directly actually, just some guidance on the project.
Pro: Can u tell me sth. about your largest software or program?
Me: My largest software is... blabla.
Pro: Have u read some of my papers?
Me: Yeah,I took a look yesterday,I think...blabla.
Pro: Why u choose PhD?
Me: I just like different things and challenges.
至此提问结束，接下来就是拉家常——
Pro: Have u got any questions about me?
Me:(Actually no question) I want to know when the final decision will be made?
Pro: Oh,It's quite early at this time~ Maybe I'm the first one contacting u. Our committee will discuss for final decision.
Me: Is your project a long-term one?
Pro: Actually A project lasts for three years. So I guess new projects will come next year.
Me: That's all my question right now.
Pro: OK,if u have any offers. Pls let me know
Me: Sure.

然后介绍了几个他们做的项目和学生，总计半小时。
