1.学生背景：英本（排名30左右），水实习2个，社团活动和志愿者若干，之前在新加坡读过3年Diploma 面试时间：2016年4月20号

【申请专业：艺术硕士 MFA】

1.一开始校友先进行了自我介绍，给我讲了他的经历，现在任职的公司之类的事。之后我顺水推舟问了一下他对real estate行业的看法，他也给我相应做了介绍。

2.接着我也进行了简便的自我简介，之后校友直接问了我的实习经历，实习期间都做了什么之类的问题。

3.接下来又是两个传统的问题：Why LBS？Why MFA? 

4.校友问我如果去LBS想参加那些社团活动，有什么计划。

5.之后开始了technical 的问题：what I will invest in the current market envionment?

6.Is there any typical asset classes I am interested in?

7.Is there any particular company's stock I am interested to invest?

8.How do I estimate a company's value?
